Senior Marketing Manager

At 8bitcreative/Detailers Roadmap, ranked #301 on the 2024 Inc 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our content execution and activation efforts for our WAAS (Website As A Service) offering, Detailers Roadmap.


This role is perfect for a leader who thrives on both strategy and execution, with the ambition to build and scale a marketing department. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing budgets, onboarding new team members, and driving innovative initiatives that elevate our brand and client offerings.


In this pivotal position, you will develop and execute strategies for customer retention, social media, email marketing, podcast production, and video content, ensuring every touchpoint delivers a seamless, engaging, and impactful experience for our partners. You will oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns while exploring new technologies and innovative approaches to keep us at the forefront of the automotive detailing industry.

Description

Primary Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop the Marketing Team: Recruit, hire, and mentor team members to build a high-performing, creative, and results-driven marketing department. Create growth opportunities and ensure professional development for each team member.


  • Oversee Content Strategy and Execution: Design and lead comprehensive content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand goals and client needs across social media, email marketing, podcasts, and video content.


  • Manage Campaign Development: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.


  • Innovate and Experiment: Explore emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing to enhance campaign performance and maintain a competitive edge.


  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing performance metrics, provide insights, and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs and long-term goals.


  • Foster Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to ensure cohesion and alignment in all marketing initiatives.



Job Requirements

  • Proven Leadership Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, including managing and developing a team.


  • Team-Building Skills: Experience hiring, mentoring, and growing talent within a marketing or creative team.


  • Strong Strategic Vision: Ability to design and implement content strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, video, and podcasts.


  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Go High Level, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).


  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Expertise in analyzing campaign metrics and leveraging insights to improve outcomes.


  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.


  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams.



  • Adaptability and Innovation Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and seeking out new ideas and technologies.
