In that short call, we will ask you questions if we are qualified for your business goals. The idea is to see if we are a fit, most the time its a yes, but on occasion a website redesign isn't the solution to the problem - we will always be honest.

STEP TWO - ONBOARDING

Discovery form, signature & media collection

Once you move forward we invoice and begun the process. We send over our discovery form (packages, prices, services, domain), signature request, and photo retrieval. After all, it can't be a custom site, if we don't have your info and photos. On average, most partners spend 90 minutes in this stage, and that is the most they will spend, as the rest is hands off to our team to do the rest.


In our discovery, we want to know items like:

  • Do you say 'we' or 'I' when referencing the company?
  • How many packages of PPF do you offer? Do you do matte as well?
  • Do you prefer to showcase brands or keep them hidden?
  • Do you prefer a phone call, form lead, or both?
  • Do you include an interior detail when doing a ceramic coating?
  • Do you use a CRM we can automatically integrate with?

STEP THREE - Writing & Design

Fire up the creative cylinders, we take care of the rest!

The hard part is done your side, the rest is all on us. Once our writing team reviews your discovery form we will craft a custom, technical SEO written website put forth in the style you prefer. Then, it goes to our expert design team for implementation and creation.


Round 1 is what we call "99% complete"

Coming out internal design & writing your new website goes through an internal round of quality insurance to insure certain levels of SEO, design, UI/UX, URL redirection and writing comprehension are complete. In total, typically 6-7 staff have touched your website prior to you ever seeing it. Once out of the QA teams hands, it goes into step four.

STEP FOUR - REVISION rounds

You get two rounds of revisions to make your website PERFECT

No website is perfect on first delivery, but we certainly try!



Our revisions process allows for any necessary adjustments to be made to text, imagery, and other element to create a website that aligns perfectly with your vision and goals. 


These revisions are included in your website building cost. After this, you have 30 minutes of revisions each month that is included with monthly plan. Here, you can update pricing, photos, packages & general info as your business evolves.
