How to Ensure You Are Getting Form Submissions

If you're not receiving form submissions it's most likely because our mail is being filtered as spam. This is an error with your email provider sometimes. This is not an error with the website. Our suggestion is to at the very least white list the IP and email below.


Solutions

Check Spam Folder

  1. Check your spam folder, find any emails, and tell your email provider or mark as 'not spam'. This is super important as it will tell the system you want these emails.


Whitelist IP Addresses & Email Addresses

  1. Whitelist IP Address
    Make sure to white list or allow list the IP addresses 167.89.22.215 and 149.72.216.48 in your email provider's settings
  2. Gmail instructions for IP listing

  3. Whitelist the Email no-reply@multiscreensite.com 
    Add
    no-reply@multiscreensite.com to your email white list / allow list. Here is a great instruction list for Yahoo, AOL, Zoho and other email providers.
  4. Gmail instructions for white listing this email. Note these are example instructions for Gmail, your email provider may have different solutions.
  5. Open your spam folder
  6. Find the email you want to whitelist and click on it
  7. Click the gray square box at the top of the email no-reply@multiscreensite.com that says "Report as not spam"
  8. You can also tap the three dots in the upper right corner and select the same option 
  9. You can also create a filter to whitelist an email:
  10. Click the gear icon in Gmail and select “See all settings”
  11. Navigate to “Filters and Blocked Addresses” in the top menu
  12. Select “Create a new filter”
  13. Add no-reply@multiscreensite.com or a whole domain in the “From” field
  14. Click “Create filter”
  15. Check “Never send it to Spam” in the checkbox 
  16. You can also whitelist an email in the Gmail mobile app by:
  17. Navigating to the spam or junk folder
  18. Clicking on any messages that aren't spam
  19. Selecting either the “mark” or “move” function and moving to inbox
  20. Selecting the option Report not spam 



Test The Website Forms After Solutions

  1. Test the form on a new page
  2. Verify you received the email from the website platform
  3. If you are still not getting emails despite solutions above, we would suggest contacting an email specialist.
